NE Cherokee County Parks Plan

We have just awarded contract services to TSW to start work on their NE Cherokee County Parks Plans that includes several new parcels that were recently acquired. Cochran Park has 102 acres of potential active and passive recreational opportunities, Long Swamp Creek is 23 acres located at confluence of the Etowah River and Long Swamp Creek. The land is rich in native American history with plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities. And finally Yellow Creek Road Property that is 538 acres of conservation land that will be dedicated to hiking, biking, horseback riding, canoe/ kayaking and camping opportunities.
