Activity Name: Little Starz Soccer – Wiggles and Giggles
Description: This popular parent/tot class is where imagination and soccer play collide! Our goal is to continue to build core movements such as balance, coordination, hopping, jumping, and running. While parent involvement is part of this program, the class helps bridge the gap between parallel play and sharing. This period in a child's development is extremely important and engaging the body and mind with physical activity has been proved to aid in accomplishing growth milestones. Every participant will get a medal and their own soccer ball.

Activity Name: Little Starz Soccer – Thumpers
Description: Buckle up for this exciting class! While movement education is a priority, we are now incorporating learned soccer skills into the sided activities. Imagination is still a focus. We will look at creative story lines and adventures to keep them moving. This is the age where players will be introduced to scrimmages/ games. Every participant will get a medal and their own soccer ball.

Sound Immersion Class- this class is a noninvasive meditative practice that uses the vibrations of sound through various percussion instruments and voice to guide participants into a journey of relaxation. The angelic sounds, soothing melodies, deep tones, and vibrations area designed to relax muscles, slow down heart rate and respiration, synchronize brain wave frequencies and nourish the nerve system.

Kundalini Belly Dancing is a unique practice choreographed by Manal Soudani. It combines breathwork, meditation, physical postures, and dancing movements. The method is set to enhance and awaken the feminine energy. The primary purpose of kundalini yoga is to awaken the Kundalini energy that lies at the base of the spine and allow it to move up through the energy center, clearing and balancing the entire system. The promotion of this energy is connected to a sequence of belly dancing movements the promote balance, strength, digestion, coordination, and confidence as well as bring a fun and highly expressive dance. It leverages higher sensations of joy, promotes wellness, and increases positive energy.

Looking for a fun and easy way to get active? Learn to play pickleball at The Buzz! Pickleball is a low-impact sport that is easy to learn and easy on your joints, making it a great option for all ages and skill levels. In this 6 week class you will learn the basics of the game including serving, volleying and scoring. Classes will be held on Wednesdays Aug 9th-Sept 13th, Oct 4th-Nov 8th, and Jan 24th-Mar 6th. Coach Anthony Goodrum was a D1 College player at Colorado State. He was also Top 125 players on Dick Vitale All-USA Team. These lessons are semi-private and will teach you techniques that work to elevate your game. You will learn defense, shooting skills, and dribbling techniques. Classes will be on Sundays from March 10,17,24, 2024.
