Small Group Personal Training brings you face-to-face with a certified personal trainer in a fun and energetic semi-private setting. Gina Baumgartner is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, and Functional Aging Specialist, and always takes into consideration your current medical conditions. Gina carefully evaluates your fitness level and helps you set achievable goals. Training sessions are carefully designed for each group based on the current level of fitness of each participant. Enjoy a different functional training workout during each session as you incorporate flexibility, core, balance, stabilization, fall prevention, strength, and power. You will increase good health, longevity, and harbor more energy to better enjoy daily activities, travel, and your family.

This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences and breath work to help foster flexibility in the body and peacefulness in the mind.

Stretching helps us increase flexibility, reduces joint pain, and risk of injury. It helps us feel good and decreases stress so we can enjoy our everyday activities. Added benefits include improved posture, agility and balance. Enjoy a full body stretching class led by Gina Baumgartner, a certified personal trainer. Stretches can be done either seated or on a mat.

Join us as we get ready for the Guns and Hoses 5k. The Couch to 5k program will consist of 3 weekly workouts that are designed to get you successfully across the finish line of our next 5K. This program is 6 weeks long and is perfect for beginner walkers and runners. All levels are welcome. There will be 1 workout meet up per week at Hobgood Park on Wednesdays at 11:30. The other workouts will get sent out via email each week along with workout tips and healthy recipes.

Simple Stretches for Mobility. This class is designed to improve flexibility and mobility and will focus on dynamic stretching. Other areas of focus will be on hip openers and shoulder mobility. The class will start with an easy warm up to prepare the muscles. Next, we will progress to stretches that target specific areas of the body. We will work on the neck and shoulders as well as hop mobility. The end of class will focus on stretches that you can continue to do at home. Stretches are simple and accessible to all fitness levels.

Ballroom Dancing is a great way to reduce stress, increase confidence and to get in a fun workout. Each month we will focus on 3 different dances.
Classes meet at The Buzz on Tuesday nights 6-7:30pm.
