Perfect for the 50 plus age group. 
Small Group Personal Training brings you face-to-face with a certified personal trainer in a fun and energetic semi-private setting. Gina Baumgartner is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, and Functional Aging Specialist, and always takes into consideration your current medical conditions. Gina carefully evaluates your fitness level and helps you set achievable goals. Training sessions are carefully designed for each group based on the current level of fitness of each participant. Enjoy a different functional training workout during each session as you incorporate flexibility, core, balance, stabilization, fall prevention, strength, and power. You will increase good health, longevity, and harbor more energy to better enjoy daily activities, travel, and your family.
