LABLAST is a revolutionary dance fitness program created by Louis Van Amstel “Dancing with the Stars”. This program fuses all of the ballroom dances into a serious calorie burning workout that will help you get into the best shape of your life. The patterns are accessible to any fitness or dance skill level. LaBlast is a fun “workout in disguise”!

Time to Get Zumba Fit:
It’s Time to Get Zumba Fit! Dance the calories away while you enjoy the tunes of yesterday and today. Follow Sarah’s lead and you are sure to melt the fat away and have a great time doing it!

Virtual Bootcamp with Kelly:
Are you ready for a challenge? Allow Kelly into your workout space for 30 minutes of heart pumping, muscle building, fat burning exercises that are sure to meet and exceed your expectations. All fitness levels are welcome as every exercise is modifiable. So don’t be shy, break out your laptop, table, or phone and literally jump into the action! You’ll be so glad you did!

Led by Whitney Miner, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Eat Plants and Prosper, this seminar breaks down the many questions we all have about nutrition, what we should eat, how we should eat and why. Whitney’s supporting cast, Reginald Wells, Certified Personal Trainer and Owner of streamline Fitness Training Studio, helps tie in the importance of exercise in conjunction with a healthy diet. Most of us have so many questions when it comes to exercise like what do I do? Won’t I get bulky? How do I lose this gut? Reginald will answer all those questions and more. Join us for an incredible presentation and a boost of confidence in taking control of your health!

Gentle Joints is a virtual low impact aerobics and strength training class designed specifically for mature adults and individuals with joint challenges. Class format will vary among instructors. The class may include the use of hand weights, stability balls, and various resistance equipment such as bands, Pilate’s circles, and mini-balls. The class is geared toward issues relevant to this age group such as balance, flexibility, strength, posture, cardio-pulmonary fitness, and exercises to target bone density, mobility and joint issues.

Small Group Personal Training is our most personalized training experience and perfect for the 50 plus age group! Work with your certified trainer in a fun, energetic, semi-private setting (no more than 5 participants). In planning your sessions, the trainer will take into consideration any current medical conditions, then discuss goals, and evaluate your fitness level. Each training session is specifically designed for each group and based on the fitness level of each participant. Enjoy a different functional training workout each session, incorporating flexibility, core, balance, stabilization, fall prevention, strength and power. You will increase health and longevity and have more energy to better enjoy activities, travel and spend time with your family! Taught by Gina Baumgartner, Certified NASM CPT, SFS

Tai Chi is designed to improve the quality of life of people with arthritis and other chronic conditions, improve balance, and mobility and prevent falls. Our unique teaching method makes it easy and fun to learn! This program may be done seated or standing. It is an enjoyable exercise that prevents falls and at the same time improves all aspects of health. Tai Chi improves muscular strength, flexibility and fitness, with the additional effects of improved relaxation, balance, posture, immunity and reduced stress.
