Unfortunately, we do not prorate weekly camp rates if you child is unable to attend certain days. If your child plans to be absent a day or two from camp, please let the Recreation Coordinator know – so we can plan accordingly.

The cost is $150 weekly with a non-refundable deposit of $50 per week, per child due at the time of registration. The $50 deposit goes towards the total for the week.
All Adventures Express summer camps cost the same, no matter the location.
To register you child(ren) for our Adventures Express Summer Camp and to make payments you can either:
You can either choose to pay in full when registering your child(ren) OR know that full payments are due the Monday of each week of camp by 6 PM.
Adventures Express Summer Camp registration starts on April 27th at 9 AM. Those who meet early registration requirements, with their children having attended 6 out of 7 weeks of camp during the summer of 2019, will receive an email from the Recreation Coordinator with details in Mid-March.
If the week of camp you are trying to register for is full, you can add you child’s name to the wait list for each week they are trying to get into. If an opening becomes available – the Recreation Coordinator will reach out to you to add you to the roster – if your child is still able to attend. Adding your child(ren)’s name to the wait list does NOT guarantee them a space in camp.
If your child is unable to attend one of the weeks he/she is PAID IN FULL for, with at least a five-business day notice, you can receive a refund of $95 (we deduct the $50 deposit and a $5 refund processing fee) or a credit on your account in the amount of $100 (less the $50 deposit). Refund checks take 2-4 weeks for processing.
We will not move your weekly deposits of one week to other weeks. If you have not paid in full, then an email or phone call should be made to the coordinator of the program five business days prior to cancel your week and to waive the $100 for that week they are not attending or you are responsible for payment of the $100 for that week.
At all Adventures Express Summer Camp location drop off times are from 7 AM – 9 AM. Pick up times are from 4 PM – 6 PM.

Clothing should be appropriate for the weather conditions and activities planned for each day. Please remember to label all of your camper’s belongings in permanent ink.
Please have your child wear his/her camp shirt on any day that they are scheduled to go on a field trip
Field trip schedules for all Adventures Express locations will be posted on our website by Mid-March.
Throughout the summer, weekly Newsletters will be sent out via email the Friday prior to the week of camp, reminding families of upcoming activities and field trips for the week.
Some days CRPA provides lunch. So be sure to weekly Newsletter that is sent out via email the Friday prior to the week of camp, letting you know which days we will be providing lunch.
When packing lunch – please remember to not pack perishable items unless insulated in a box or microwaveable meals.
We do ask that you provide 2 snack and a refillable water bottle daily.
