Group exercise for the active adult. If you want to continue to enjoy all that you love to do, then this class is for you. This class focuses on balance, core strength, stabilization and total body strength. Gina is a NASM and FAI Functional trainer. She will work closely with you to tailor workouts to help meet your goals and current fitness ability.
COST: $25 drop in fee or one month session fee
This class is moderate to high intensity resistance training. It is designed to improve stability, strength, and power while burning calories by using a variety of exercises that will challenge participants of all fitness levels.
DATE: Tuesdays or Thursdays
TIME: Tuesdays, 9am-10am Thursdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm
